What is the best phone for parents who want simplicity, battery and a good camera?

I am looking for the kind of phone that is easy for parents to live with: clear interface, strong battery, readable display, reliable calls, a camera that works well without adjusting settings, and software updates for several years. Which current options fit that profile best?

For parents, I would optimize for simplicity and reliability, not maximum specifications. A clear screen, good call quality, dependable battery, consistent camera, long software support and easy local servicing matter more than gaming performance.

Also think about physical comfort. Very large and heavy phones can be harder to use one-handed, while tiny text or aggressive gesture navigation can frustrate less technical users. Set up larger text, emergency contacts, biometric unlock and automatic photo backup from day one.

If they keep phones for a long time, choose a brand with predictable updates and an interface you can easily support when they ask for help. I would also avoid the cheapest storage option if photos and WhatsApp media will accumulate for years. A balanced 128GB/256GB model with good battery and a straightforward camera is usually the sweet spot.
