Galaxy S26 Ultra vs Galaxy Z Fold8: better camera flagship or better productivity phone?

I am choosing within Samsung and cannot decide between the conventional Ultra and the Fold. I want excellent cameras but I also like the idea of a large screen for multitasking and reading. Which one makes more sense as a single daily phone?
