Galaxy S26 owners: is the smaller size worth the battery compromise?

I prefer a phone that is easier to carry and use one-handed, but I do not want to worry about battery every afternoon. For Galaxy S26 owners, how does the smaller model hold up through a normal day, and would you choose it again over the S26+?
