For a camera-first purchase under PKR 100,000, I would ignore megapixel marketing and compare four things: main-camera stabilization, processing consistency, low-light results and video quality. A strong main camera with OIS is usually more useful than several weak secondary cameras.
Also decide whether you care more about people/photos or zoom. For family photos, skin tones, motion handling and indoor consistency matter more than extreme zoom numbers. For video, stabilization, microphone quality and heat during longer recording matter.
At this price, there can also be a real choice between a newer midrange phone and an older flagship. The flagship may give better cameras, while the newer phone may give a fresher battery, warranty and longer remaining support. Compare the exact models and local condition before deciding.
